Billy Root Average 30.3 with the bat in first-class cricket
Glamorgan has signed a new signature Billy Root saying that he has joined the Welsh County in search of more first team cricket.
England captain Joe Bai Root, a 26-year-old batsman and off spinner who has signed a two-year deal in Wales after leaving out of Nottinghamshire
Root said, "I thought I was playing well but in fact did not get a chance in Nottingham."
"I decided that one step could be good and Glamorgan was the one who came to me."
After the championship slipped under the second division and after the split company with coach Robert Croft, the route has been brought under the county's efforts to strengthen an inexperienced batting line-up.
Sheffield's left-handed players, in all three formats of county game, have 30-plus averages with bat, top score of 133 in first-class cricket and 107 in limited overs.
He did a second team game right before the end of the season (in Sophia Gardens) and the place was actually sold himself, "he told BBC Sport Wells.
"I've always been around and around a strong team in Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire, I had to wait for my turn several times.
Billy's brother Joe Root, who became successor to Alistair Cook as England Test captain in February 2017
"But there are not many championship opportunities."
Root Glamorgan's full power describes the championship bowling attack as "good as someone in the first division", and is eager to play in all three formats.
"When we are in the T20 block, it is not difficult and it is really difficult to enjoy every game, but the traditional side, the championship actually appeals to me and ... hopefully a good place for 50 Cricket will end in the coming years.
"I would say that I am a busy batsman, I like to hit the ball and do a lot, but I always want to work in different areas."
His last first team experience at Cardiff saw the route as a disappointing drink carrier, Nottinghamshire was placed in the draw in 2017 on the 12th person's duties.
They should spend more time in mid-2019, and after playing in England in Cardiff in June in England, after taking part in their brother in England, the older brother who is expected to take action.

Sussex fast bowler Joefra Archer will be available for the selection of England in the new year after the ECB announced the tough change in its criteria for qualification.
In the first ECB rules it was said that if England went to the country after its 18th birthday, then Archer would have to complete the seven-year stay to qualify for England.
Now, to bring ICB rules closer to the ICC, the duration of the residence has been reduced to just three years - like the Governing Body's guidebook.

Barbados - Born for an English father, Archer has a British passport and was last played for the West Indies in October 2013 before moving to the UK in 2015.
Interestingly, England's next two ODIs are in Barbados in February. The first Test against the West Indies is also in Barbados in January but Archer may have to wait for his chance with the red ball.
Shortly after the news, Archer tweeted: "It may or may not be, but I would love to start with my family."
Sportsmel revealed in June that the ECB was thinking of using 'discreet section' within its own rules to make Archer eligible, but he has gone a step further by changing the rules completely.
In spite of being a British passport, Archer still needs to complete a stay in Britain, which will now be accessible from 2016 to New Year for Sussex.
The first healthy bowling average of 23.44 in Archer is very healthy but it is with a white ball, he is acting in the T-20 explosion along with the Indian Premier League, Australia's Big Bash and the Bangladesh Premier League.
An ECB statement reads: 'The ECB Board today discussed and agreed upon the updated rules for England's ability to play international cricket.
'The following discussions as part of the ongoing CPA process, the revised norms were realized:
• Following the amendments made in their own rules at the beginning of this year, bring the ECB rules closer to the ICC
• Provide the level of fairness for the individual players affected by the previous rules. '
